Hello there! I am Dr. Trish Corley.
Experienced yoga teacher/trainer, doctorate of physical therapy, and anatomy professor having taught yoga anatomy all over the world since 2012.

In The Wrist Practice, you will experience an all levels power vinyasa yoga practice with the exact cues I use to prevent wrist pain and build wrist strength and stability.

My own yoga practices are dynamic. I spend a lot of time practicing handstands and planks, primarily because I love them; and also because I know that challenging myself is the key to keeping my body strong and healthy. In my over 20 years experience as a physical therapist (physiotherapist), I saw how the body requires physical stress in order to gain strength and heal.

For many, a lot of yoga practice on the hands leads to wrist pain. Instead of jumping to modifications or skipping postures, I first  focus is on the alignment that allows for prolonged time on the hands.

In fact, I did a 50-Hour (5 day) Rocket Yoga Teacher Training. We did a lot of chaturangas and arm balances. There was one point when I started to feel some soreness in my wrists - so I immediately put my focus on the alignment of my wrists. I avoided wrist pain and even felt a lot stronger at the end of the training.

The Wrist Practice gives you the chance to experience the alignment cues that have helped me and thousands of others practice yoga without wrist pain!

It's not normal to keep experiencing wrist pain in yoga.

It's actually quite simple to align the wrists and finally ditch the pain.

Trish provided a perfect balance of instruction, motivation, suggestions and quiet - Missy S.

Trish is so knowledgeable. The practice really helped me understand the alignment cues and left me feeling ready to share them with my students. - Mike

Perfect!

I was hesitant to add the wrist practice, but it was so good to really understand what I learned from the wrist clinic course. I love that it's 30 minutes but packed with the cues. And now I can do the practice whenever I need a refresher!
