"I love how the anatomy workshop is really accessible and easily understandable. During my YTT days, I struggled the most with the anatomy portion, and hence this is why I am here at the workshop to continue my training beyond YTT.

This will definitely aid my teaching and being better equipped with anatomical knowledge will allow me to cater my classes for different bodies"

Hello there! I am Dr. Trish Corley.
Experienced yoga teacher/trainer, doctorate of physical therapy, and anatomy professor having taught yoga anatomy all over the world since 2012.

In The Yoga Wrist Clinic: Cuing Pain Free Yoga, I reveal the step by step process I developed for yoga teachers like you to truly understand anatomy, apply the knowledge to their teaching, and teach with confidence that keeps students coming back for more.

Through years of experience, I’ve spoken to hundreds of yoga teachers struggling to learn anatomy. Most feel they did not learn enough in their 200 hour training or that what they did learn was not applicable. Many try to learn on their own, but give up quickly because they don’t have a structure to follow. When students ask about wrist pain, they feel like an imposter because they don’t know what to say.

Drawing on my experiences as a physical therapist (physiotherapist), anatomy professor, and yoga teacher trainer, I’ve developed a system of learning anatomy informed cues and the 'why' behind the cues. This system sets yoga teachers up for success in understanding anatomy and using it to lead students through safe, pain-free, and empowering yoga practices.

Even with my knowledge of anatomy when I first started teaching yoga, I was lost and overwhelmed. I was unsure what cues to use and lacked confidence in my ability to deliver classes that would keep students coming back. Once  I had a step-by-step process to follow for my cuing, I gained confidence and saw my class sizes growing.

Whether you are a new yoga teacher unsure where to start with anatomy or a seasoned yoga teacher tired of struggling to understand anatomy, The Yoga Wrist Clinic: Cuing Pain Free Yoga provides you with practical tools to use right away.

You will know what to look for and exactly what cues to use. Discover a proven and simple process to finally help students ditch their wrist pain and have them keep coming back to your classes.
