Hello there! I am Dr. Trish Corley.
Experienced yoga teacher/trainer, doctorate of physical therapy, and anatomy professor having taught yoga anatomy all over the world since 2012.  

As a physical therapist and yoga teacher, I’ve worked with thousands of people in search of increased core strength and techniques to manage low back pain.

In every single case, alignment of the pelvis is a large part of the solution!

Drawing on my experiences as a physical therapist (physiotherapist), anatomy professor, and yoga teacher trainer, I’ve developed a system of learning anatomy and applying it to yoga practice and teaching. This system sets yoga students up to practice safe, pain-free, and empowering yoga!

In this workshop, I will breakdown the anatomy and biomechanics of the pelvis and low back and teach you how to align your body to create strength/stability and prevent back injuries.

You will leave feeling newly empowered in your understanding of your own body and have a whole new experience of yoga asana. Get inspired to see what is possible in your practice and that of your students!
