Does this sound familiar?

  • I get so nervous about students telling me they have injuries. I don't know what to say to them.

  • Yoga helped me heal my body and so I want to help others to heal...but I am not sure how!

  • If a student asks me about their pain, the only thing I know to say is "listen to your body."  But in reality I want to give them more clear answers.

  • I would feel so much more confident teaching and going after dream students if I knew how to handle injuries and pain better.

With a little bit of training, you can show up with confidence to teach students who have injuries or pain.

Imagine being in front of your students at the start of class...without any doubt!

Imagine being in front of your students at the start of class...
without any doubt!

If you are a yoga teacher who worries about teaching students with injuries or pain, you are not alone!

This is why I created the "Teach Yoga to Students With Injuries" course that helps yoga teachers know exactly how to manage group and private yoga classes, even when students have injuries or pain.

You might already know that I practiced physical therapy for many years before teaching yoga.

So you might be thinking...."well Trish, of course you were confident teaching yoga to people with injuries and pain."

The truth is, I was worried too. To start, I was not used to managing a group of people. I had to figure out how to manage people with various injuries and complaints...all at once!

I was also clear on this. My role as a yoga teacher was different than a physical therapist. I had to figure out how to separate these roles and to speak from the authority of a yoga teacher when I was being paid to teach yoga.

For the last 12 years of teaching yoga, I developed a simple and concrete system for managing students with injuries and pain as a yoga teacher.

Now I am ready to teach other yoga teachers like you how to easily and confidently support your students with injuries and pain.
